# Integrating vAuto Provision

## PAVE Inspect Data Integrated Into vAuto Provision

"PAVE's early adopting dealers told us that if they had a seamless connection between their PAVE inspection results and vAuto's Provision, the combination would transform how they put accurate actual cash values on any appraisal completed from anywhere."

This newly-released integration combines PAVE's patented vehicle capture, inspection and grading process with vAuto Provision's market insights to make better inventory acquisition decisions and set the correct actual cash values on every trade and inventory acquisition opportunity.

**Key Benefits**

Effortless, accurate and consistent data capture on every used car acquisition opportunity.

* Never manually key in another 17 characters VIN. Now simply taking a photo of any VIN using PAVE will automatically populate it accurately in vAuto.
* Get actual mileage from a single photo captured by PAVE. Every PAVE inspection extracts the exact odometer reading from the vehicle, which is now automatically populated in vAuto.
* Every inspection in PAVE is now linkable to your appraisal in Provision in one click.
* Gain an advantage with Estimated Recondition Cost Automation. Using PAVE's grading on every vehicle, dealers can now set specified recondition costs based on the vehicle's condition that gets automatically passed to vAuto.
* Access PAVE's comprehensive condition report directly within vAuto from the URL included in the notes on each appraisal.
* Easily add PAVE's captured photos using the simple download and upload feature between the two platforms.

### Simple One-Click Integration Set-Up

**Step 1:** Call vAuto Technical Support at 1-877-828-8614 and select option 2.

**Step 2**: Advise them that you would like to complete a CRM integration with Discovery Loft's PAVE Inspection system, and that you need them to set up an Entity ID and Username.

| **Required Inputs** | **Sample (Not Real)** |
| ------------------- | --------------------- |
| **Entity ID** | tk677 |
| **Username** | Discovery6779 |

**Step 3:** Log in to paveinspect.com using your admin credentials. Visit the SETTINGS tab and go to INTEGRATIONS. Enter your credentials and make sure the Active switch is moved to the right, or on. If you slide the Auto switch over to on, all appraisals will be sent automatically to vAuto upon inspection completion. If you leave the switch off, you will need to manually push each inspection to vAuto by clicking the yellow vAuto link on your dashboard.

**Step 5:** Review the reconditioning cost table and adjust any value to match your dealership's typical reconditioning expense. The default values are only a guide and should be adjusted to fit your average expenses. You can set different values for each body type and the associated PAVE grading. Consider an average recondition expense for any vehicle that gets a 3.0 grading out of a possible 5.0. Reduce these values for any 4.0 and 5.0 results and increase the amounts for any 2.0 and lower graded vehicles. This table can get updated at any time.
