Monitoring In-Progress Inspections

PAVE Inspections are reviewed for quality while the user is capturing the images. You can use the dashboard to see if your customers are having any challenges or have received any error messages.

Use the "PHOTO" button on your dashboard to see the current status of any inspection.

Benefits of Monitoring Inspections:

  • PAVE uses Human-in-the-Loop technology, which means all images are reviewed in real-time by a human inspector to ensure the highest quality.

  • If a capture is attempted in bad lighting or there isn't enough space to capture full images, PAVE QA will notify the user in real-time to retake the picture.

  • If your customer has abandoned the capture because of an issue they might encounter, you can identify why using the dashboard and reach out to them (via text or phone call) at their mobile number in order to help them to complete the inspection.

Inspection results appear on your dashboard in real time. You can check for any issues your customer may be having by checking for error messages.
If a picture is rejected during capture, the user will receive an error message on screen and be prompted to take another picture. The picture above was rejected because the vehicle power is off and the dashboard isn't displaying the odometer.
