Customer

1) Give customers the ability to send themselves a PAVE link using the website widget to replace your long forms with only requiring their name and phone number. (PAVE will extract all the other vehicle information for you) They will receive the text message with their link to complete the PAVE Capture, and when they are complete, you can have the results automatically be sent by text to the Appraiser at your dealership to review and set the actual cash value on their trade-in.

2) Allow anyone at your dealership to send the Customer a PAVE link when they are not present so they can get your actual appraised value from anywhere at any time.

3) Use the Bulk Link Generator to create unique PAVE Links to be included in any of your direct marketing campaigns sent to the Customer.

Always tell the customer how taking a couple of minutes to use your appraisal technology will give you a detailed condition report - this is key to your success.

Here is the winning word track to always use before sending a PAVE link,

"Hello <customer>,

Thank you for allowing us to place a value on your vehicle. I want to take a closer look at your <enter vehcile>.

I am going to send you a link to our appraisal technology. It takes only a couple of minutes; follow the steps, and take the pictures as you get guided.

Once you finish, I will get a report and can get back to you with an offer.

Best Regards,

"

We have learned that if before you send a PAVE link to the Customer and you give the passive reason "I am going to send you a link to guide you to take some photos of your car," two things will happen;

1) Your Customer will give you push back and say, "but I have photos already, why can't I send those to you?" and

2) The Customer will not have the conference in your quoted price because they will feel it is "subject to an inspection," which they view as "the price will change after the inspection." PAVE with offsite Customers gets them involved in the inspection process, and they know this part is now complete and reflected in your price.
