1) For all in-store visiting prospects with a trade-in, allow your Salesperson to take 3 minutes to do a PAVE Capture as they walk around the trade with the Customer. Enabling your Appraiser to start reviewing the trade-in and setting your actual value during their time spent during the vehicle selection and test drive steps. It significantly reduces your average time to complete each appraisal and prevents any awkward downtime (Customer left alone) during negotiations and finalizing their purchase.
2) Allow the Salesperson to send a PAVE Link to any, not present, customers to capture their trade and get your actual appraised value. The Salesperson would send the link during their communication about the customers' trade-in. When the Customer does get around to doing their capture, their report will come directly to you—allowing your dealership to respond in minutes with their actual value.
3) When the Salesperson does their follow-up with their lease Customers, they can also send them a PAVE Link to capture their leased vehicle before their maturity date. Allowing your Appraiser to advise the Salesperson about two things; what to expect for possible charges on returning the car and pulling the Customer out of their lease early to avoid these extra costs possibly.
